There is this other topic about the BB2 songs and I begun to think that it would be nice to share thoughts about the instrumental music as well There are some pieces of music that I find really awesome, like the one during the dream scene, the short, calm one that plays when Nita and Kenai are sitting by the campfire and talking, and the one that plays when Koda runs away. I also think it was nice that the music just before the raccoon scene, when Nita wakes up alone at the camp, is quite similar to the one in the first film when Kenai awakens on the shore after the transformation. But then, I don't much like the music during the fight scene. In my opinion it's a bit overdramatic.. (is there really such a word?)

The Brother Bear movies always had good scores. I have the Brother Bear soundtrack and I listen to the score a lot, some of them are soothing while others are fun to listen to. Brother Bear 2 is no exception, of course.
A shame the BB2 soundtrack is only on iTunes, otherwise I'd buy the soundtrack CD. But then again that doesn't stop you from buying the music, just preference.

A shame the BB2 soundtrack is only on iTunes Yeah, I agree. I don't have the soundtrack myself, but I've seen the list of the tracks, and obviously there is very little of the score. I think that's a shame, too. For example, I guess the short piece of music that plays during the short campfire scene isn't on the soundtrack, either. I think it's so sad because the music is somehow very beautiful and it would be nice to hear it without the conversation in the background.

Yes, TY Czarine It always boggles my mind when companies sometimes don't release things like soundtracks. It's a work of art all by itself, and I'm sure there's plenty of people who'd love to buy the CD. This contrasted with other merchandising schemes where they try to sell you EVERYTHING. "Spaceballs the coloring book!"

The campfire music isn't there. I kinda guessed it. It's so unfair Oh well, I'll deal with it. And there are many beautiful pieces of music here too, like The Dream or Koda's Wish. Thanks, Czarine

Great.. You arranged them well.. I love the way you put Welcome To This Day after the Opening Score.. I mean, the timing is so perfect.. Exactly match with the movie.. I wonder how you can get these..

i may not an expert in video-editing, audio-editing, etc.. but i figured out somehow you may have edited it.. cropped it from the movie.. there's a little crack in the end of Nita-Transformation's song.. am i right?
can you let both Nita's Transformation and Welcome to This Day - Reprise stay as one? Please.. To keep them fresh, genuine..
Edit:
Just noticed that I Love You Too was supposed to be in the same song.. Can you give me the real one? where those 3 songs are supposed to be in one..

Yeah, that's just how the album was released. I can only guess they split that track into three to make the track list look longer. Not that it helps; the album is still pretty skimpy at 11 tracks, the majority of which are under three minutes long. -.- Would it have hurt them to include the rest of the score? Still, I'm glad they released it at all, as most of their sequels didn't get that treatment.
