The preview was nice. But I'm still sticking to the original movie, much better than this. I don't like that it's turning into a comedy. I dunno, Disney made some good sequels, like Lilo and Stitch 2. But this isn't getting me really excited to watch it. Still as a fan I'm going to give it a shot, and maybe my opinion will change.

I'll have to admit. The change in the style of the animation and the sadness that I get from thinking Koda will get neglected is really ruining it for me. I don't think it can work even if Nita were to turn into a bear as it was so hinted in the previews (Look closely and you might find it.) Because if Koda is being neglected with Nita being a human, how much worse will it be when Kenai and Nita are more compatable as bears? It would just make things worse. I'm worried for Koda. I'm really putting my hopes on the line that Disney doesn't let me down when the movie finally arrives.

I wouldn't worry about it; Disney would never allow an ending that leaves Koda out in the cold. What kind of message would that send? I believe that things are going to work out fine.

I saw the extended preview and I must say it didn't seem so bad. But I did notice that Jeremy Suarez's voice seems to be changing a little bit in some of the scenes in that clip. But I was pretty shock at the end of the preview when Kenai answer about thinking to change back to a human. This sequel is gonna be pretty interesting
I mean if you guys think about it, instead of Nita becoming a bear which will probably NEVER happen, Kenai could probably perhaps change back to a human at the end, but poor Koda would probably get left behind. So frankily that would be way too sad. ;_;

So frankily that would be way too sad. ;_; I seriously doubt Koda will be left behind. C'mon guys! Put your trust in Disney! I seriously doubt they'll gonna leave Koda out just like that! Remember, Kenai made a promise to Koda that he would take care of him no matter what! That was his life decision in the end of the first movie =3 The preview was nice. But I'm still sticking to the original movie, much better than this. I don't like that it's turning into a comedy. I dunno, Disney made some good sequels, like Lilo and Stitch 2. You still can't say the original is much better than the sequel if it hasn't even been out yet. Though that's usually fact, give the sequel a chance. =P I'll have to admit. The change in the style of the animation and the sadness that I get from thinking Koda will get neglected is really ruining it for me. Koda being neglected in the sequel is probably part of the message the sequel will carry, it'll work out in the end. =3

I agree with Ken'ichi. I don't see any reason to worry about Koda. This is Disney we are talking about. Kenai promised to take care of Koda. That decision won't change *just* because of a single person.

Ah, I don't worry about Koda, those things will work out. I'm just saying that the animation looks too different and the story, I've seen those stories a billion times. Kinda gets me tired. ![:-[](//storage.proboards.com/982052/images/dZnzROfHShGHLbmYTBvx.gif)

I suppose that Disney put all the best ideas into first movie and they are using rest of them right now. Anyway I've watched that extended preview and I must say, that I need to see all movie before I'll say my opinion about it. That's why I'm going to buy it anyway ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/982052/images/ZeyWRvzBzSLKtqizynKQ.gif)

I think the reason why the animation is different on the direct-to-video sequel is because...well..it's a direct-to-video animation. Movies made for theatres seem to tend to have better animation than movies that were made for direct-to-video release.

It's because a different animation studio is doing the sequel. If you notice all sequels are made in a different animation studio than the originals. That's why they have different animation qualities.

Ah yes, that too. And because a different studio is making the movie, you can't expect them to match the original's animation perfectly.

But if every single sequel has diffferent animation than the originals, then why is Lilo and Stitch 2 the only sequel that has the same animation like the first one? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/982052/images/mCEuaExmzKbPmbozlwnR.gif)

It is not the same animation. I've seen the movies, and the animation in the sequel is slightly different than the original.

The animation in Lilo and Stitch 2 is a bit the same just like in the original one.

It's mostly the same, but I noticed some differences in the coloration, I believe. The way the characters are shaded, I think.
