Anyone seen the latest Disney movie, Enchanted? A movie homage to the good ol' Disney classics with a good mix of 2D animation and live-action.
I saw it on opening day (I was around at the mall with my friend at the time so we thought why not) and I liked it. Clever, funny, and all-around fun, one of Disney's greatest movies. It may have a lot of 'blonde moments' (Like my friend told me) but that's what you get when people from a fantasy land ends up in the cold real world of Manhattan. XD
In this movie they also bring back musical numbers just like in the old Disney movies. And I gotta say, I was surprised and happy to see musical numbers make a comeback to the big screen, it was about time. The songs were funny and catchy, especially the "True Love" song the princess sang while at the park (I have that song stuck to my head for quite a long time now).
The characters were great too, especially the chipmunk and the prince. Those two are a riot. XD
It's a very good movie and creative, very original too IMO. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who always wanted to see 2D animation back in theaters and of course musical lovers like me. Here's hoping 2D animation and musical numbers continue on their comebacks. This was a great start.

Hahah yeah, the squirrel was the best part of the whole movie XD
I'm glad they're finally giving 2D animation and musical movies a great comeback to theaters, I greatly missed them. One of Disney's bests.

No, I haven't seen it yet. But, my Mother, a HUGE children's movie fan wants to go see it, and I'm planing on watching it with her. I'll keep in mind what you said, about how great and entertaining it is, Ken'ichi, as her and I watch it! ^_^ - Little preacher man.

I've just watched this a couple of days ago and I must say that it was highly enjoyable! A very polished feel-good film. Nothing better to lift your spirits. And I thought the actress who plays the princess was brilliant! And of course the chipmunk was awesome too. Who wouldn't want a talking pet chipmunk? =p
