Yes that's the unique identification number assigned to each book. Excluding reprints, each book has its own. The ISBN's handy for tracking down books- that's how I got my copy of the The Transformation Tale. Live long and prosper. -EbonyPatriot

I don't even know how to use it. I have only searched for information on books, never actually tracking them down. And if there's a particular book I'm looking for, I'd be lucky if the store has it. For example, I tried looking for Raptor Red in Walden Books and Barnes and Nobles but they were always sold out of it.
How can I use the book's number to track it down?

Oh, and by the way, the link you just gave me? It doesn't work. ^^; When I click on it, it gives an error.

Night Bear: I think it's just a typo. If you remove the period at the end, it works. ^^
