My Disney Store...gone

I'm really upset today...I just found out THE worst thing I wanted it to happen...

Today, mom was taking me to the biggest mall on my island, and that's where the only Disney Store on my island is. I was happy because finally I was going there again after what, three or four years since my last visit, and I was hoping to get my hand on a Koda plushie.

We arrive at the mall, and my mom dragged me to JcPennie and Sears, I could wait for a while before venturing into the HUGE four floor mall. After about an hour and a half, I was able to seperate from my mom for one hour to go out on my "journey" for the Disney Store. When I reach where it was, I was HUGELY surprised to see it closed down...no lights...no visibility inside...no nothing. I managed to take a peek inside through a crack in the window...nothing...empty...

No problem, they must've moved to the second floor, I thought. I searched the whole second floor...nothing. I was starting to think it must've been moved to the third floor. I decided to look at the map, since it was next to me before I reached the escalators...

364 shops in the mall...no Disney Store...I was so ticked off...

So now what? Did I left empty-handed? Not exactly. I DID however managed to get my hands on two Brother Bear books! A coloring book, and a hardcover storybook...IN SPANISH!!! BLECK!!!

The disavantages of living in a spanish island...

So I didn't left the mall empty-handed, just two Goemon DVDs and two Brother Bear SPANISH books...*sigh* Now my sources for any Disney merchandises has been narrowed down to Toys R Us, and the disney stores on the internet...

I hope Eisner will pay! My Disney Store's closing might not have been his fault, but it will be his fault if all the other Disney Stores closes.

I won't give up! I realized the goodness of Brother Bear too late, I have missed my chance on finding all of the places filled with BB goodness, but that won't stop me from trying my best to get BB merchandise.

I will not lie, I won't cover it up, I won't let these unsurcomstances hold me down, I'm a...

Anyways, yea, I'm sorry your disney store closed down...But, hey, look at it this way, there's no way of me finding any place where I can buy disney goods and bb merchandise like that anywhere in this pathetic city of mine, so your lucky you had a disney store in the first place!

Thats too bad that your Disney store is gone. I went to the one near me to see if it was gone. Luckily they told me they wouldn't be closing to their knowledge. So I guess I'm still okay. But I was amazed when you said that your mall has four floors. That is HUGE!

Yeah, the mall is huge and has practically everything from videogame stores to small auto shows. Pretty huge.

And yeah, it's sad that my Disney Store closed, the ONLY Disney Store on my island...

THe only Disney Store around me is in a huge mall too, the Mall of America. I went there a few days agao, but they didn't have any Brother Bear stiff except the DVD, and I already have that. I'll have to look somewhere else.

Ours closed too! GGGGRRRR!!! last august, I was sooooooo sad! So, I thought, I'll go to the nearest one, an hour away.

WRONG!! It and the one down the street from there closed too!!! AUGUGUGUGUGH!!! sigh........


Sorry to hear that Ken'ichi. I have a feeling all the Disney stores are closing everywhere, except maybe the ones near Disneyland and Disneyworld. oy oy oy!! sad, I was pretty much a regular there too.
