I took a lot of my time to make these rules. Please read and abide by them. If you have questions or problems about the rules, please use the support board to ask questions. Thank you
Brother Bear Role-Playing!
Rules
1. Brother Bear RP: Be mindful to the movie's scenes, and try to coordinate yourself with how your RP moves along with the film's scenes. If you include something for AFTER the movie's events, then try to make sure you don't screw over the storyline or make a lot of plot holes. It's a good idea to watch the movie before you try RPing there.
Original RP: If you include BB characters or other movie characters, that's fine. You have the choice to keep to thier storyline or change it or whatever you'd like to do.
2. Make sure before you come to RP, that you are going to be as active as possible as a member on this board. Members who do not reply to the RP's they make in a weeks and weeks and months and even years I've seen with some, without further notice will have their roleplays deleted, but you can always come back and make a new one. Just think carefully before coming in and doing an RP where you are a focus of the story and you end up having to go on vacation in your real life. At least tell us please!
3. Brother Bear RP: You must play as a character from the film, Brother Bear, or as a FAN-character you make yourself that pertains to the film, but the character must have a relation to the Northern Territories (which is the main setting of Brother Bear, of course) or a story to tell to have them unfold into the woods that Kenai and all the other characters live in. Don't just slap some bear in the woods and not tell us how they lived their life there or just got there!
All characters including humans from the film are allowed, fan-characters can be humans, animals, anthros, whatever. Kenai can either be human or animal. So can Koda if your story includes something like that.
Original RP: This is a bit different. You don't need to worry about fan characters, restrictions to the Northern Territories, timelines, ect ect... Though, I advise you to pay attention to how your stories roll out if you intend to include copyrighted characters from movies, cartoons, books, or anywhere else.
Humans, anthros, animals or whatever else you can think of are allowed. Transformations and renderations of copyrighted characters from TV or books are allowed "Like Cat Kenai, or Human Koda..."
When using an intro sheet for characters of your own, use this to help.

4. If you wish to talk out of character, as everyone says, please put "OOC:" then say what you want to say to the members. If you're done, put Back in character, or "BIC:"
5. Please talk in proper english. Take time in your posts and use good grammer and punctuation so we understand what your saying. Don't be like
'I walk intoo teh wood and seen a bare, and I waked up to im and said
"BOO! and teh bar ran after mee and I screamed and I went to sleeep aftr stopin the ber."
That's nuts! We won't have any idea what you're talking about! Oh and please make proper posts on what your character is doing, feeling, or seeing or anything else. Don't reply with just one senctance to another's actions, take time in your posts, we won't leave you behind in 15 minuites if you just take your time!
6. Absolutely no excessive, profane language, sexual content or racism,
7. Be respectful in your posts. Don't control other people's characters without their say-so, but if it's a minor event that requires immediate action from another RPer...
Like for instance...
BIC:
Kenai looks at Koda and says "What do you think of the weather today?"
Koda gives and answer and Kenai sighs.
"Enough small talk, I'm going to go get us some food. You can follow if you want."
Kenai walks away after Koda gives his response.

OOC: Now, that's about as much as you'd want to control someone else's role. Any more than that, then you gotta ask them about it through a Private Message here at the forums, email, or instant messenger.
If there are anymore questions, refer yourself to the support forum. Thank you.
