You can put your own opinions on comparing it to the original or other sequels or whatever in messages. Personally, I think it could have been longer with some more adventure and some more stories from all of the characters. Especially Nita, she needed to have some more involvement with Koda as well. Also (SPOILERS), I think they could have been more creative with Nita's design, especially her bear form. Like maybe a bit ligher colored, just a tad, I love her eyes as a bear though, but she needs...something to distinguish her a bit better.

8/10... BB2 was quite good, but it looked a bit worse than first one... Also story was short and I knew what happened in the next scene...
I think that sequel was a bit to short too...
And what about Nita as a bear? She looks like normal bear... well... maybe without the eyes ;D

I think it's good, a little disspointing but better than what I expected.
The Story : I gotta say it has very nice story. The things I like was that Rutt and Tuke apear more often in the movie. But, the ending was a little fast-forwarded. Nita turns into a bear, marry Kenai and done. I wish they show about Nita a little longer.
Animation : it's not better than the first one but I was really impressed with it. I notice that in some parts of the movie Kenai/Koda's body look fatter, skinny, taller, and so on during the movie. But, I was really impressed with the underwater scene which I thought was the best animation from the movie.
And yeah XD I was suprised with Nita's bear form, weird eyes
Music : "Welcome To This Day" Was a really great song, it was really fitting for the opening and I think all the songs are great. However, I feel that the song's genre sounded more like Country/Ballad which doesn't fit to the enviroment background.

I think it was a nice movie all in all, but what the heck is up with Nita's Anime eyes after she turns into a bear!! o.o'
alot better sequel than most other Disney sequels i've seen before...
the music though didn't have the same feelings and emotions in it as Phil Collins' music from the first movie..

Hmmmm.....for me, the songs and the animation was really good, but I don't know about Koda and Kenai being fat, skinny or whatever. I haven't notice that before. But as you guys already know, I didn't really like the sequel. It was too short and it needs more to the story. As for Nita's bear form....freaky!

I dont see whats wrong with her bear form... The only differene between the transition from her human form to bear, from KENAI's transformation is that she kept her squinted eyes slightly, whereas Kenai had gotten "disney" bear eyes... Honestly I see nothing wrong with Nita's form other than that they could have been slightly more creative with her design, but not so much that it would look weird to EVERYONE...

My verdict: it was beauty, eh? Even knowing the ending, and having watched what felt like half the movie in video clips, the story held some surprises for me. It was emotional, it was funny, and the characters' personalities were spot-on. As for the animation -- most of it was excellent, I thought, but unfortunately the quality was not consistent throughout. The weakest part was the finale; Nita looked really odd at the wedding. Still, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Kenai was on-model more often than not; I think they put all of his worst moments on the website. I liked the way Nita's bear form looked just after her transformation, though she was still a bit bland. I also would have made her fur color a bit lighter and softer; maybe like her wedding dress? Speaking of colors, I have one more little nag. The sequel uses a much cooler color palette than the original, which makes sense for the winter-spring setting; however, Kenai and Koda are colored with the same warm reds as in the first film (even a bit brighter and redder, in Koda's case). They stick out way too much on the snow.

9 out 10 for me. The animation was prety well-done; like Epesi said, most on the time it stayed on model. The songs were not bad either. The plot was my favorite part of the sequel (well, second favorite- the raccoons were my favorite ). I feel they pulled it off nicely- especially in character relationships. Much to my suprise, I didn't find Nita annoying and added- on the contrary, I felt she felt perfectly- I liked her ^_^. Also, they focused Koda's reaction to the actual romance. Like the others, I'm not overly fond of Nita's bear design though- [to me it looked like] too much like a feminine version of Kenai. ^^' Live long and prosper. -EbonyPatriot

My verdict was 8/10... Music - Different from the origional... though it did suit the movie more than if it was the same kind of stuff from the origional. Animation - As said before... Kenai and Koda going fat/skinny/twisted/whatever was kind of annoying. As for Nita's eyes... I didnt see anything wrong with them... it made her look more feminine than if she had the same kind of eyes as Kenai/Koda. Story - It was sweet!! It was rather "ugh" with the abrupt ending. I was looking forward to seeing just a bit more out of it after Nita and Kenai got married. But I suppose it could have been a bit of a cliffhanger for BB3...?

Goes right up there with the first one. Not as good as it of course. Predictable ending. I still say 10/10 !

Yes, it as a pretty good sequel, but it wasn't as good as the origanl Brother Bear. I even think they used a different Voice Actor for Kenai! But I also have spechil feelings for it, seeing as that is the movie God used to lead me to Brother Bear! ^_^
And, I think Nita's eyes as a Bear ar pretty. <-- DId I spell that right? Lol, oh-well. ^_^

^Yup, they used a different voice actor for Kenai. We don't know why exactly but it's probably caused by Joaquin Phoenix's busy schedule at the time.
