Nerromi, Nukilik, Sioul, Nanuk, and Cynthia

~Nerromi~ -short for Nerromiktok- (Meaning: Smooth and soft to touch.) =Mother of Truttle.

~Nukilik~ -Kilik for short- (Meaning: is strong.) =Father of Truttle.

~Sioul~ =Truttle’s younger brother.

~Nanuk~ (Meaning: Polar Bear.) =Old friend of Nukilik

~Cynthia~ (Meaning: Moon personified.) =Undetermined girlfriend of Truttle’s

Since all characters that have been utilized and will be utilized in the future are being updated here at an exceedingly alarming rate, then I decided to put my characters up before I lost the position. I’ll update their profiles later. The similarity of Nerriu’s Nanuk to mine was completely coincidental. I had already utilized him in my story before I knew that she was going to use that name. All my characters have been mentioned or utilized in my story: “Truttle’s Polar North Adventure”.

You got the names from the Inuktitut dictionary, didn't you??

Sorry about the late reply to your question.

Yeah I did get most of the names from that dictionary, but not all of them. The name ~Cynthia~ comes from the English Dictionary. I think it was Kadzait who showed the Inuit Dictionary to me or someone else. I can't remember. There are more characters that I used but didn't mention because I didn't know if I'll be using them again. But now I’m starting to change my mind. So I might be using them for something again.


The three wolf brothers that gave me a bit of trouble back in my story:Aok, Pok, and Rok.

~Aok~: (means Blood.) Oldest of the three. He’s the one that makes most of the decisions.

~Pok~: is short for narpok (means: stumbles) Youngest of the three. I was intending to make him kind of like a clumsy, unstable kind of character.

~Rok~: I don’t think I used any word for him. Just came up with whatever rhymed with the other two.


The wolf pack leader: Sivutik: Short for Sivutiksauyok (Means: leads) Didn’t utilize him as much in the story though.


The three Polar Bears that let Sioul take shelter from the snow storm:

~Lars~: Polar bear that helped Sioul from the shattering frozen lake. He and Sioul became best of friends. Around the same age as Sioul and just as eccentric and energetic. If not even more so.

~Mahr~: Lars’s father.

~Rena~: Lars’s mother.

Other characters that I used remained nameless to prevent making repeatedly random characters, since I did use a lot of characters in my story.

Well that’s the jiff of it. Those are all the characters that I used. I’m thinking of using them again so I’ve put their names up here. I’ll have to make another topic thread to add the other characters so that they get seen.
