I'd say rather than one whole season, my favorite is the period from Octber through December. :3 There you've got all my favorite holidays -- food, fun, family, and lots of memories. ^_^ Also, we have the Texas Renaissance Festival on weekends throughout October and November, which is awesome. ;D A couple of times in my life (like last year), we've even had a little snow around Christmas time. The rarity makes it absolutely magical when it happens. :3 Later in the season, the cold starts to grate on me, even here in Houston. I love cold weather, but I hate being cold. XD Especially going to school in the morning, waiting for the car to get warm...at least it wakes me up. After returning from Russia last year I discovered just how much I appreciate hot weather, even in the oppressive humidity of Houston. Sure, the summer here is long, and by about August I am pretty sick of it. But I get equally sick of the cold by the end of winter, so it balances out. As long as I have air conditioning, I am happy -- so I take it I would not be very happy in England. XD

Not right now, no... The rain is disastrous there at the moment, reaching all-time highs. It's sunny over here right now though, and there's only a few miles of sea between me and England. And yes, I'd have to agree about October~December. Me and my brother's birthdays are in October. Sinterklaas is in November~early December (Sinterklaas is where you Americans stole Santa Clause from... true story ) and even though I stopped "believing" like 10 years ago, it's still a very fun period with traditional food and family gatherings and stuff. It's awesome. Then, of course, Christmas in December. And through the entire month of December, I visit demo-shows from fireworkdealers and companies, and visit lots of meetings. It's a lot of fun. I have more IRL social contact in December than I have through the rest of the months combined. And then of course 31st of December/1st of January. I'm outside from 8AM til 3AM the next day then Fun fun fun fun fun. From January, winter isn't much fun... Except for when it snows, but that's a rare occasion. Even with the 2~3 weeks of extremely low temperatures we had last year, we didn't have any snow. The ice skating trips made up for it though... <3 Sorry, I'm trailing off. I guess it's because I just woke up. *rolls eyes*

It just snowed in Houston again this morning...and I slept through it. XD Faaail. Well, I woke up for a moment, and it wasn't very impressive in my neighborhood. :\ But my mom and my brother saw the good stuff while out driving...I'm jealous. XP
That's two years in a row, three in the past five, and four times in my life that it's snowed in Houston. :3 Maybe this is the start of a new Ice Age. XD

We have snow too now. ^^ A couple of days ago it got colder (and the sky was clear <3), and yesterday morning it was snowing. Though there's no way we can be sure that it'll last for long. Lately it's been quite typical to have not so much snow in December - and it's more likely to have the proper winter in January and February. But hey, I can always hope. It's so funny how about -2 Celsius can feel so terribly cold when it's been warmer temperature for weeks. Yesterday I had a walk with our dog - and when we got back I was freezing. Well, I was tired, and I guess I hadn't dressed warmly enough.

Little did I know what the winter would be like when I wrote that. Lots and lots of snow.. and the temperature was below 0 Celsius all the way from December to the beginning of March. Since there hadn't been thaw at all, the snow was very soft all the time, and if I wanted to have a walk in the forest, I practically sunk at every step. Eventually the snow would reach above my knees! Then, there was thaw a couple of times in March, and when it got freezing again I could finally take long, easy walks on the fields. But it's over now; the temperature is higher and the snows are melting. And soon I'll be able to walk on dry ground. Today I got water in my shoes in the woods. Yeap, spring has begun! I've already heard a blackbird singing: to me that's one of the true signs that the winter is going away. I did enjoy the winter, especially in January it was very beautiful when all the trees were covered with snow and frost. <3 But I'm slowly getting excited about the spring. This is the best time of year for me, and April is a lovely month. ^^

Hmm,I like winter alot, due to the possible chance we might get snow here...however,I do like summer and spring because you can just relax and enioy what wonderful days we have here in that time of year.Fall is also a pretty cool season when you can go on walks and look at all the leaves on the trees and enjoy them as well.
So I guess my answer in all of this would have to be...Summer.

I enjoy mostly summer the most, because everyone gets out of school, we also enjoy hitting the waters, and drinking iced cold stuff! The only thing I cannot stand about that season is the heat. And in most days, the heat gets higher and higher and it lasts longer on some days too

My favorite Season would be Spring. I just like how it's the start of something new. Plus the fall is good too. Cause, it's not too cold and not too hot it's just right.
