"EbonyPatriot?" replies Vetus, closing his eyes. "EbonyPatriot...EbonyPatriot... oh yes, that quiet Troodon. I haven't seen him in a while." Vetus opens his eyes. "Why did EbonyPatriot chase her off? Did Nadine do something to him?"

Twinscar-
Twinscar shook his head. "I do not know. EbonyPatriot looked like he was in pain though. His paw was hurting, almost like it was broken. He said that the pain made him angry."
The kemon, although he defended Nadine at the time, hadn't seen the full story for himself. EP did not say Nadine did anything to him, but the kemon wondered if the bear did have something to do with that paw.
"Did you have anything to do with that, Nadine?" He asked, calling the bear by her name as he set his eyes on the black and purple sow.

OOC: Correct me if I've gotten anything wrong in Kenai's musings. I fear I might have forgotten something. ^^;
BIC:
Savik feels a great deal of relief to see the situation resolve itself without a show of claws. On top of that, she's deeply impressed by Vetus' apology; from his conflicted expression, she gathers that it took some strength of will. This small miracle has put Savik in relatively high spirits; such is her good humor that she doesn't get her hackles up when Twinscar implies that Nadine might have injured EbonyPatriot. At this point it's hardly surprising, anyway.
Kenai's mood hasn't improved any. Though Twinscar's question seems more curious than accusing, it's still another charge against Nadine. It would take a great load off Kenai's shoulders if he only knew that this one was false. Now he wonders if he truly knows anyone; it's a miserable feeling. He thought he could trust Nadine; but if she's already attacked both Truttle and this EbonyPatriot character, one of Truttle's friends, then what's to say she won't turn on Kenai next? She could be a loose cannon.
If he didn't also have Thunderia as a witness, Kenai would have no cause left to believe Nadine's wild stories about Truttle; but even now, after seeing the way the cats reacted to the wolverine, Kenai's beginning to question that too. On the other hand, what reason does he have to mistrust the wolverines? They may have an evil reputation among his own people, but Kenai has had little experience with them as a bear. He's never met this Tazer -- only the word of the Pack tells him that the wolverine is a menace. Kenai has thus far trusted the Pack, because his friends have joined its cause -- but what if they're on the wrong side?
His insides twisting with conflict, Kenai turns his eyes on Nadine to await her response. He has a feeling he knows how she's going to plead to this latest crime.

Ken'ichi
Ken'ichi was caught by surprise at the appereance of a cub in the middle of the forest. He eyed him curiously, something about him seems...Well, off.
"And what's your name, bear cub?"
Ken'ichi flinched mentally and shook the feeling off. "I'm Ken'ichi." He responds.

"Erm, this way then.." Rex gestured as he walks back to the cave.

Nadine looks back at Kenai, then looks back at Savik and the others. When Twinscar brought the accuse, thinking she attack EbonyPatriot, she knew he was wrong. Though she didn't know anything about this EbonyPatriot character, but she did remember what he look like. "I didn't hurt that EbonyPatriot guy if that's what you're thinking." Replies the rarely black furred purple color bear. Why did everyone thought she was some kind of beast?! The black/purple bear never did anything wrong. But how could she explain what was going on with Truttle eariler?!
If she did tell them, they probably wouldn't believe her. Even Kenai thought she was crazy. Earning a bear's trust was not easy, and Nadine knew that. Was there any way to prove to Kenai and the creatures she was not lying? Nadine continue telling them what happened when she ran into the troodon. "When I bump into him, he was already wounded. I run away from him after he scare me. I thought he was going to attack me." She said.

Twinscar-
"Hmmm..." The kemon mused as he listened to Nadine's response. "I see." He didn't like how Nadine seemed to automatically think he was actually accusing her. He hadn't; he was just merely curious. But he decided not to say anything to her about that.
Then he decided to comment on the Truttle issue. "And are you absolutely sure it was Truttle that you saw with Turgor? Are you sure it wasn't just some bear that looked like him?"

"Yeah it was Truttle I saw with Tugor. He look bigger and stronger and.....more...evil for some reason. I have a feeling something evil must had taken over him." Nadine explained, telling more about what really happened.

Twinscar-
"How do you know for sure it was Truttle?" The kemon questioned. He didn't want to sound like he was accusing Nadine. He just wanted to be sure. Besides, she would be cleared of the charge of lying if she had only mistaken. After all, if she didn't know, she couldn't have been lying. "I mean did he say that was his name?"

Nadine thought about it. "I knew he change cause last time I saw him, it was a regular size bear, but then after what, when I ran into him, he grew stronger, tougher, and....meaner. He even try to kill me when he threw a baby mammoth at me after he broke it's neck off. I'm telling ya, something is very wrong with him, and we need to find a way to help him.....before it's too late." Nadine says. And for sure, this was no joke. She really was serious when she told Twinscar what was going on. The black and purple bear would not lie about something this serious.

Twinscar and Thunderia-
The kemon shook his head. The bear still hadn't answered his question. "How can you be so sure if it was Truttle? Did he say that was his name? Did Turgor address him as Truttle?" The kemon felt his crest rise up a little. "I mean, I don't want to sound pushy or anything, but if the name wasn't revealed, then I don't see how you knew for sure it was Truttle. I ain't accusin' ya of anything. I just think that maybe, just maybe, you just mistaken another bear for Truttle." He thought about it, and added on, "Maybe it was an imposter."
Thunderia hadn't spoken a word while the kemon was talking. She did want to leave, but feared she would make the cats even more suspicious of her. So she stayed put, in plain view where they could see her. If she were to try anything bad, they'd know it.
Her mind began to wander, and she began wondering how Silver was doing. She longed to see that cub again, but she can't, not now.
Desu and Night Bear-
When the black cub introduced himself as Ken'ichi, Desu chuckled lightly. "Ken'ichi eh? Heh, that means 'Strong One', doesn't it?"
Night Bear took a step forward. "Do you want something?"
"Me? Oh no...well maybe one thing." Night Bear cocked a brow. "I just wanted to know if you two were all right."
As Night Bear locked eyes with the strange cub, he began having that strange sensation again as he felt more memories rush to him. It wasn't as intense as before, but he tried to shake it off. But the feeling wouldn't go away. Night Bear quickly turned his gaze from the strange cub, and shook his head.
"I-I'm okay.." He stammered.
Ysengrim-
Ysengrim followed Twinscar's scent until it lead her to a part of the forest, not far from the burned down village, and she spotted the kemon. But he wasn't alone; He was with two cats, a cave lion and a sabretooth. She also spotted the two bears she and Brasil tried to kill earlier, Kenai and Nadine.
Ysengrim stopped where she was, and hid from view, but kept a watchful eye on the group. She starts to think about whether or not she should actually attack. She hadn't heard from Night Bear for quite a while, and she really did want to reunite with him. But she'd have to save that for later.
Being this close to Twinscar made her seethe and writhe mentally with the need to kill him. But that time will come later. First she wanted to know just what this group was up to.
Brasil-
Brasil continued to track down Truttle, but he stopped partway, and began to rethink of what he really wanted. Did he want to go after Truttle? Or did he want to go find Night Bear? What was it he wanted with Night Bear in the first place?
The confused alimon began to walk offtrack, away from the original scent, and he began to whiff another. It wasn't that far from Truttle's scent. This new scent was Red. The orange alimon snarled. "Red..." He took off to locate Red.
Red and Silver-
"Don't remind you about it? Why, was it really that horrible?" Silver inquired.
"It's..it's nothing!" Red said suddenly. "W-Why don't you join the other cubs?"
"I'm not in a playful mood right now." Silver said, her ears lowering. "I'm worried about Thunderia."
Red sighed. "I'm sure she's fine."

Nadine thought the kemon was going out of his mind. First, she had hard time trying to tell the others what happen, now Twinscar wouldn't believe her?! Maybe they were pretending how to believe the truth she was telling to them. "No, I'm serious! It was Truttle! I saw him with my own two eyes! It wasn't a imposter, I'm telling you the truth. When I saw into the second time, I knew it was him! Even Truttle himself remember who I was....when he was still in his evil form. I bet he still is evil right now at this very second. I wanna help getting him back to his good normal form again, but...I don't know how!!!" She said.

Twinscar-
Twinscar snarled softly, trying his best to hide his anger at Nadine yelled at him. He took in a few deep breaths. He wanted to yell back, but that would probably make things even worse. He couldn't understand why the sow was acting this way. It's not going to clear her of any charges. "Yelling is not going to prove you're telling the truth, sow." He told her in a somewhat warning tone.
The kemon paused, letting his anger subside. "Look, I am sorry if you feel frustrated with me not accepting what you call 'truth', Nadine, but I have only just met you. I do not have a reason to fully believe your story."
Ysengrim-
"Hmm..interesting...Truttle..." The skinny alimon plowed through her mind to try and find the image of the bear mentioned in the conversation. She had seen Truttle, but not that often. She recalled him fighting in the village, and him being injured. But other than that, she hadn't seen him.
'Another evil bear?' Ysengrim thought, the idea intriguing her. She wasn't going to take Nadine's word for it, but she now felt compelled to find this bear. But she paused. What was Twinscar planning to do?

OOC: I'm pretty sure they're not in the village anymore, though they are probably still nearby. ^^; Kenai and Nadine ran into the forest to meet Thunderia when she returned. BIC: Kenai feels slightly choked as he watches a golden opportunity, the key to Nadine's innocence, slip by unrecognized by the sow. WOrse still, she mistakes it for an accusation. Kenai groans, bracing himself for Twinscar's anger; fortunately, the kemon cools down. Unfortunately, he doesn't repeat his solution. Kenai shakes his head slowly.
"Nadine..." For a moment, he wants to shout at her as well; but that passes quickly. Maybe he can still repair the situation. "He's right, you know, and you're only repeating yourself. If they didn't believe it the first time, they're not going to believe it the third...or the fifth, or seventeenth, or whatever we're on now... Anyway, if you had really listened to him, you might have noticed that Twinscar actually said you might have been mistaken about Truttle. That doesn't make you a liar...just, er, gullible." He says the last part a little sheepishly; he's been just as guilty as Nadine of gullibility. "You can be wrong and still be innocent."
Savik frowns; the impostor theory is possible, but too elaborate to be plausible. The simplest answer is usually the right one, and in this case the simplest answer is that Nadine is lying; but Savik keeps that sentiment to herself. "That may be true, bear. However, there's only one person who can put this debate to rest: Truttle."
"Hence why we were looking for him," grumbles Kenai. He's tired of this sabertooth undermining him.
Neither the sabertooth nor the brown bear have yet noticed the arrival of Ysengrim, as she is well hidden downwind of them.

Nadine couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was trying to prove she wasn't making this up, even Kenai sounded like he thought she was a liar. The poor black fur purple color bear felt hurt and crushed. Her bear ears lowered down sadly. "Forget it, you'll never believe me." She says and sadly walks away from Kenai and the others. She wanted to run away crying, but didn't had it in her to do it. She sat down close by an old tree, not very away and not too close from the gang, and lays down to rest so she can pull herself together when she was ready. Nadine was too upset to get angry or mad in front of the others, but was more hurt than angry.
