Name: Xotol.
Name Origins:According the Aztec mythology, Xotol was the name of a dog who entered the underworld. Although I don't remember much of the myth, I do know that he brought back a bone that would become humans. Xotol dropped it, though, and it shattered into different-sized pieces- hence the different sizes of humans.
EDIT: Actually, I made a mistake. The name should actually be spelled X-O-L-O-T-L. He was the twin brother of Quetzalcoatl who often took the form of a dog. Here the soucres differ: in the Animal's Who's Who, it says that Xotol followed what I had said previously (except that he chased by the god of the underworld). In Wikipedia, however, Xolotl WAS the god of the underworld. Furthermore, the name also means dog in the Aztec mythology. Okay, mythology class is dismissed. XD
Species: Great Spirit; was the first wolverine.
Gender: Male.
Age: Unknown.
Personallity: The Spirit Of Death, Xotol is an unforgiving wolverine with an icy manner that masks his blood of literal fire. Despite this, he is not evil. He does his jobs when it's time for beasts to join the Spirits, and that's all. Xotol may be frightening; but he will never lie, nor act malicioulsy. However, he cannot physically help or heal another- the most he can do is give advice.
Bio: He had been the brother to Matoaka, the first storm-stalker. After his death and gift from Tekkeitsertok, he became a Great Spirit and became the Stag's ally. The special hero of both storm-stalkers and wolverine, he'll pop up from time to time in Darkness, especially with the wolverines.
Description: A giant Wolverine, Xotol is huge- the distance from nose tip to tail tip is seven feet. His shoulder rises three and half feet above the ground. Xotol's pelt is nearly black; his stripes, as golden as Tekkeitsertok's pelt, run on either side, joining at the root of his tail and merging in face to form a skull. His eyes are blood-red. Like Sikta, he is transparent; yet, he is solid to the touch.
