I don't think there was a specific Lion King II how-to book; only one for the first movie. That book may provide some helpful tips for drawing in general, but I think the best way to learn how to draw a specific character is just to study them in action and from screenshots. Still, if you don't already have How to Draw The Lion King, I would recommend giving it a look. The basic principles of drawing the characters can easily be applied to the characters from the sequel. I wish I could be more useful, but I hope this helps.

Ok I have tried drawing the characters and stuff from like screenshots on my computer althouth I have made exat replicas of other ppls work (says they are not hers) free handed. But that usaully only comes once a month or a year or two. If you have the first Lion King how to draw book can you scan some pictures of Adult Simba and Mufasa?

No problem, glad I could help. The book has several pages on young Simba, as well as Scar; a couple pages each for Timon and Pumbaa; plus Rafiki, Zazu and the hyenas. There's also some background info on the making of The Lion King, and some general tips on drawing techniques. It's a pity they left out several characters, and that they couldn't go a bit more in-depth on the technique, but it's a pretty good book, and I'd still recommend it if you can find a copy.
